Sept 2009 - Project Hope
A free “store” that provided Christmas presents and clothing to under resourced families.
Provided:
Project Hope was a huge success. We doubled our numbers from last year and we know God is going to lead us to even more schools next year. There were many, many appreciative recipients of your generous donations. Not only did you give enough to provide for 350 children at Magnolia Parkway Elementary and all of their parents but the overflow from Project Hope went to "Back 2 Basics" ministry supporting foster children and our other MHM project in Coldspring that served close to 100 additional families. Coldspring is where I grew up and it's one of the poorest counties in Texas. I have a special place in my heart for that community. They are so appreciative of our generosity. Our MHM team could not have done this without God's provision through each of you.
